This theatrical masterpiece, written by Tosin Otudeko and Debo Oluwatuminu, is in a class of its own. The songs are original compositions, written by Tosin Otudeko and produced by Efosa Lawal. Directed by Najite Dede, Heartbeat The Musical is a tale of hope. It expresses that there are no short cuts to making greatness.
The show of 28 performances which will run for 19days kicked off on the 10th
of November, 2016 to an energetic and animated audience who were held
spell-bound from the beginning to the end and didn’t leave until they
gave the cast a rousing ovation for the brilliant performance.
Heartbeat The Musical, is anchored on
Grace House, a well-known shelter for the homeless. It explores the
themes of: Love, hate, betrayal, family, identity, politics,
homelessness and social justice through the characters that converge in
and around Grace House in search of refuge and atonement. It depicts our
everyday lives, challenges and victories.
Heartbeat The Musical has original
