With nothing on but a small scarf, world trotting actress Jackie Appiah
showed off her beautiful, rich dark skin and posed with smiles, looks
of seduction and confidence, for this seven hour photo shoot shot by
renowned photographer Tunji Sarumi. Her mission was
simple: Remind women that true beauty is how you feel inside and not
just how you look. Many may have their opinions of your appearance, but
it is the feeling of oneself that makes you truly become BEAUTIFUL. This
is why she recently just became the official global ambassador of Omolewa Cosmetics, a makeup and cosmetic line created by Irene Dele-Adejumo...Omolewa, which means “Beautiful” in the Yoruba language, started as a passion and hobby for Irene, but grew to a company boasting hundreds of online customers and thousands of global customers within USA, UK, Ghana and a growing demand in other countries in Africa. There are plans to expand and begin serving the demanding audience in Nigeria before the end of the year. “Hundreds of requests come in every week from Nigeria, but we will be arriving Lagos very soon for a launch of our new products. I am also excited to be coming back home to do this for my people” says Irene Dele-Adejumo.
“I started as a customer of Omolewa Makeup products, I love the fact that their products are mostly water based, highly pigmented and very long lasting. I am very proud that a fellow African has discovered her passion that makes our women feel beautiful everyday through her product line. I recently became an ambassador because l love the people behind the company and work well with them” says Jackie Appiah, who also attended and hosted the sold out red-carpet, luxurious Omolewa “I AM BEAUTIFUL” Makeup Launch event in Washington DC marketed by Kojami Events.
